For Intelligent Temperature Circuit Detector, PIC single-chip microcomputer based technology is adopted. With input of thermal resistance sensor signal, it can provide circuit detection and control on 8-channel, 16-channel and the temperature within it. And the main properties are followed:

– LED display: indicating measured value, setting parameters, the channel number of alarming.

– WATCH DOG monitoring technique to avoid breakdown, and digital velocity wave filtering to increase anti-disturbance ability.

– E²PROM data protection, and all setting will not lose in case of power interruption.

– Static / dynamic check selection, and static check can be changed to any channel by manual shift.

– The number of circuit detection can be freely set within the specified range.

– The time for circuit detection of each channel can be freely selected from 1 and 10 seconds.

– Instrument accuracy controlled by software, and commissioning only needs operation on the panel.

– Alarming function:  indicating EP1 for disconnection alarming, EPO for very low scale, EP0 for very high one;  

– Control setting: each channel can be set within full scale;

– Contact output: AC220V /2A。

– Time for circuit detection: for each channel, freely adjusted from 1 to 10 seconds, step 1 to plus or minus one second.

– RS485 communication protocol(see attachment);
